At Porchlight Republic, we take pride in creating quality apparel inspired by the spirit of Americana. Because each item is made to order, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Returns & Exchanges

All Porchlight Republic products are custom printed when you place your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Preference changes after purchase

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will either:

• Send a free replacement, or

• Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products go into production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Issues

Porchlight Republic is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Delayed by the shipping carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
